is the brainchild of Sydney-based personal trainer to the stars (and elite athletes!), Ricardo Riskalla, and has been two years in the making. Users can choose between four guided sessions: 15 minutes (beginner), 30 minutes (intermediate), 60 minutes (advanced) and 90 minutes (pro). The app also links to your iTunes library to choose your workout music — it doesn't get any easier than this!
