5 Healthy Hot Chocolate Options

Have you heard of Choffy?

Have you heard of Choffy? It's similar to coffee in that it's brewed from roasted beans, but it's made from 100 percent cacao (cocoa) beans, the very source of chocolate. Because it's entirely derived from a natural source, you don't have to worry about refined sugars, dairy and other preseratives or chemicals found in some hot chocolates.

Unlike caffeine packed coffee, cacao contains a natural stimulant called Theobromine — a healthy ingredient that gives you energy by dilating the cardiovascular system, reducing blood pressure and making the heart’s job easier. In fact, this is one of the big reasons why cacao is an important part of a heart healthy diet.

Unfortunately, Choffy isn't available in Australia yet, but never fear, we've got the five of the best pure cacao powders and some important facts to brew your next cup. Come see!

For Winter 2013, designer Georgia Phillis has pushed her distinctive prints albeit this time with a distinctly '60s twist. Wear the paisleys, pixelated patterns and florals with block-coloured separates for simplicity's sake, or double up in like-minded a trouser or short suit. We asked Georgia to give us the downlow on her latest baby. Step inside to see what the brains behind this local operation had to say.

Daniel and Rachel Bundle Up to Battle an NYC Snowstorm

Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz ran into a small snowstorm during a trip to the gym in NYC on Monday.

Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz ran into a small snowstorm during a trip to the gym in NYC on Monday. The couple protected themselves from the elements in warm jackets and snow boots. The weather was much different from the last time we saw Daniel and Rachel earlier this month, when they walked the red carpet together at the Golden Globes in sunny LA. Daniel attended the event to show support for Rachel, who was nominated for best actress, and Adele, who was up for best original song for the titular number from Skyfall. Although Rachel got bested by Jessica Chastain that night, Adele won for "Skyfall," marking her first Globes win. Daniel and Rachel will have a busy few months ahead of them with the release of Rachel's Oz: The Great and Powerful coming up in March.
